This is a day that we celebrate every year. At Blockhouse Bay Christian Kindergarten, we believe that children learn so much through books. Reading and being read to is so important for young children. Reading helps your child get to know sounds, words, and to learn language skills. Children’s imaginations come alive, and this helps to foster and kindle their curiosity. If books help to do such amazing things for our learning, then let’s celebrate World Book Day!!! We had a lot of fun dressing up as book characters. Dress up days are awesome!
